Mirror Lake Estates is a new subdivision south of Higginsville, Missouri.  It is 1/2 mile north of I-70 on Hwy 13 and 50 miles east of Kansas City, Missouri (I-70 exit 49).
Lot sizes are from 1.5 to 2.5 acres.  Prices range from $30,000 to $42,500.  There is a homeowners association and building restrictions.
